Connect deeply to the rhythms and pulses of your body and our blessed mother earth through sacred sound, movement, devotion and celebration. Drumming, chanting, Shakti flow, groovy yoga warm ups, kirtan (call and response chanting), Yoga Nidra (“sleep of the yogi”) + sonic blessings.
Usher in the year of the Fire Horse, lighting up your sacred fire on this mid-winter afternoon ~ Shakti - the juice that fuels all of creation might enjoy a little spark this time of year - movement, drumming, music + mantra in an all levels, funky and fun event with intentions to inspire laughter, bliss, and delight.
