$40 per session or $75 for both

We all know the immense beauty and power of nature to be both a grounding and healing force in bringing us humans into balance. The indigenous cultures have known this throughout time immemorial and revere nature as a gateway or portal to other realms and ways of being. This month's Rockin' the Shakti is designed to tap into and celebrate the natural world as a portal to wonder and awe. Along with themes of nature we will work the portals of our chakras and senses to embody the Hermetic wisdom "as above, so below, as within, so without".
Join us for the full day or choose the session that speaks to you most. No prior experience is necessary—only an openness to explore. All are welcome. Pre-registration is required as a logistics email will be sent to participants the day before the event.
WHAT TO BRING:
Yoga mat or rug
Blankets & cushions for comfortable sitting & resting - please note temperatures in the room fluctuate so extra blankets or layers recommended
Water bottles with covers are welcome - please no food or drinks in the studio
If coming to part one, bring your drum or rattle
