As the retreat approaches, you will receive an informational email with more information about our trip, packing, and more about our time together. We will share important airport transfer pick up and drop off times (ONE private van will be scheduled at Mexico City Airport on March 7th, and ONE to return on March 13th).
You’ll also receive a waiver of liability to sign, knowing that you choosing to participate in this experience at your own risk.
7 days / 6 nights of lodging at a beautiful eco-resort
1 private group shuttle to and from our retreat destination (3.5 hours) from Mexico City Airport (time TBD)
Guided excursion to El Rosario Sanctuary, the largest colony of overwintering Monarch butterflies in the Monarch Butterfly Biosphere Reserve
Additional excursion to a more secluded, off-the-beaten-path Monarch site guided by our retreat center host
All meals catered on site ~ nourishing daily breakfast, lunch, dinner with vegan, vegetarian + gluten free options
Daily Yoga Offerings + Instruction : Hatha, slow flow, yin, breathwork, meditation with Mary
