RETREAT PACKAGE INVESTMENT
What is included:
Whale Watching excursion
7 meals catered for us from Doe Bay Cafe
Daily yoga practices
Hiking excursion in Moran State Park
2 private soaks in the hot tubs
Private Concert
Daily Yoga, Meditation, Writing Practice
Investment for retreat package with lodging:
DEPOSIT (non-refundable) $300 - this is included in total price
WITHOUT LODGING (programming/meals) ~ $850 earlybird til July 15 / $1000
With this package, you would book your own yurt, campsite, private cabin, or stay off-site
Please note that preferred payment options after the deposit are check, Apple Pay, or Zelle. A small fee will be added for PayPal or Venmo due to their admin charges.
Half payment due by August 1st 2025 / Full payment is due by September 1st 2025
What is not included in the retreat package:
Ferry Ticket (approx $64 in 2024)
Flights/transportation to Doe Bay
Travel Insurance
Alcoholic beverages
ONCE REGISTERED
As the retreat approaches, you will receive an informational email with more information about Orcas Island, getting there, what to pack, and more about our time together. You’ll also receive a waiver of liability to sign, knowing that you choosing to participate in this experience at your own risk.
REFUND POLICY
Full refund (minus deposit) before August 1st 2025
50% refund (minus deposit) between August 1st to August 31st 2025*
No refunds after August 31st, 2025*
*If the retreat is canceled by the host, you will receive a refund in full.
* In case of extreme personal circumstances, we will consider full refunds less small administration fee on a case-by-case basis if your spot can be filled.
* If you cannot attend, you are welcome to sell your retreat package to another guest with the approval of the host if it is not full/no waiting list. It is not the responsibility of the host to fill your place.
